PRYT Therapeutic Yoga classes use a unique focus that is now being widely supported by recent research – “Embodied Mindfulness” is one of the factors that has been found to support people in dealing more effectively with life’s stresses and transitions. In this series of 8 themed-based classes which build from one to the next, and using the physical experience of gentle yoga and meditation as a portal, students enter the deeper realm of embodied self-inquiry to gain insight and awareness that can be applied to their life. Basic yoga instruction is supplemented with guided dialogue that leads to deeper awareness of the connection between your physical and life experiences, supporting you in living a more authentic and meaningful life.
